Commands: Import Gateway Configurations, Export Gateway Configurations

Function: The Import Gateway Configurations command imports a gateway configuration in the file format *.options.xml from the file system of the computer to the open CODESYS project. The Export Gateway Configurations command exports the gateway configuration from the open CODESYS project in the file format *.options.xml to the file system of the computer.

Call: Gateway menu on the Communication Settings tab of the generic device editor.

Alternatively, the gateway configurations could also be imported and exported via the Import and Export Options command in the Tools menu. In the dialog, the Gateway list option needs to be enabled for this. For information about this command, see the following: Import and Export Options
