How To: Activate the audit log for user actions and system events
The CODESYS Control runtime system supports the Audit Log functionality for recording a selection of important user actions and system events. The log file is used to diagnose and detect unauthorized actions and events. For example, the following actions are recorded:
Device: login, logout, load boot application
IEC application: start, stop, download, online change, reset, delete, debugging actions
To view the audit log, set the logger search to AuditLog in the device editor on the Log tab in "synchronized mode".
